WHAT TO WEAR FOR PRACTICE
In JIAIDO we wear white uniform, loose long trousers with a white T-shirt.
The color white is the symbol of purity, light and emptiness.
To dress up to the same uniform and leave behind any kind of preference or discrimination based on gender, personal taste, body shape etc. is also a great help to guide us to reconnect to our true Self where we are all the same.
