The essence of the JIAIDO practicing conscious breathing and movement harmony by combining four different rhythms, efficiently developing the inner strength even under changing circumstances and conscious awareness.
These four rhythms, in line with the four basic elements (earth, fire, water, air), are actively working to balance our abilities: making our strengths conscious, perfecting them, and effectively developing our less strong sides.
