About the program:

Fridayarrival at 6 o'clock, followed by a joint dinner. In the evening, we close the day with a workshop opening discussion and the first meditation session.Saturdaywe start in the morning with movement meditation, where we prepare our body and spirit for the day ahead with active movement. Another 3 sitting meditation sessions are waiting for you that day, where you can get to know different techniques. We accompany you step by step through each section.Sundaywe also start the day with movement meditation, and then deepen our meditation experience during a morning and an afternoon session. At the end of the exercises, we discuss the experiences and the questions that arise. All of this supports you to be able to meditate independently at home using the techniques you have learned. The program ends at 4 p.m.

The workshop has aMauna House Retreat Centerhosts.

It's an ideal place to get away from the busy everyday life for a weekend and find yourself back in this peaceful environment close to nature.

The three meals a day are vegetarian, and the meals are prepared together.
