WHAT IS JIAIDO MOVEMENT MEDITATION?

An active method based on conscious movement and breathing, which has a beneficial effect on physical, mental and emotional health. It energizes, recharges, reduces the effects of stress and mental strain and creates a clean, harmonious state. Even after a short practice, its effect is evident in the development of communication, cooperation and problem-solving skills.

His movements are based on martial arts elements, soft, slow and dynamic, powerful rhythms alternate; thus, it is an interesting, enjoyable, but not strenuous form of exercise, which is popular among both men and women.

 

It does not require any equipment or prior training; the exercises are easy to follow even for those who have never encountered a similar form of movement. Its hours applied to a corporate environment match the client's possibilities.

ELEMENTS OF OFFICE JIAIDO CLASSES:

  • Warming up- cardio exercises to stimulate blood circulation; moving joints; stretching and relaxing muscles
     

  • Group practice- coordinated and complex series of movements, in a common rhythm (develops body awareness, concentration skills, coordination, the ability to pay attention to others as well)
     

  • Pair work- in Jiaido there is no fight, no competition; pair exercises serve to develop communication and building relationships
     

  • Bodywork- releases accumulated tension in the body, develops self-expression, dissolves mental and emotional blocks
     

  • Relaxation, short meditation- at the beginning and end of the class

I./ Holding a JIAIDO movement meditation for the workers at the place of work

  • 40 or 60-minute session with regularity according to demand 

  • Experienced instructor

II./ JIAIDO movement meditation session twice a week at the JIAIDO Academy

Location: Budapest, XIII. district, Vág utca 19. 

Time: 2x1 hour per week, before or after office work

 

Additional service: 

If required, we are available to companies with the option of JIAIDO Bodywork treatment:

JIAIDO ATE

  • 20-minute bodywork similar to a massage

  • It mainly focuses on the areas of the head, neck, shoulders and back

  • It is very popular among office workers due to its stress-relieving and recharging effect

Remuneration depending on needs, according to individual agreement.
