A path to self-love

JIAIDO is a comprehensive development method that brings self-knowledge, inner understanding and awareness into our lives. With the help of these, we ourselves can change, let go, develop and grow.


The name JI-AI-DO is composed of three Japanese kanji (characters):

JI - the true nature, the real Self

AI - unites, connects; love that goes beyond the personal level

DO - the way

"The path to love OneSelf." - "A path to self-love."

With the help of JIAIDO, we strengthen our ability to be truly present in our lives instead of our automatic (response) reactions. We can leave behind us limitations that we thought had grown on us before.

With its help, we find our inner center, reconnect with ourselves.

It teaches us how to keep this relationship alive so that we never lose it. In this way, we will be able to hear our "own voice" again, which is often difficult to find due to the pressure of everyday life, our obligations or even compliance with others.


JIAIDO's complex system is a consciously built toolbox that gives you the key to yourself. It's up to you how much you put in, how deep you go. Its effectiveness lies in its practicality, which is open to everyone and easy to learn.


Art of movement

​JIAIDO is an active, movement-based personality and awareness development system.


Through the exercises of fully monitored movement and breathing, the body and mind come into harmony, and the attention is focused inward.


Regular practice turns you off from everyday tension, stress, and attention to the outside world, and calms your constantly active mind full of thoughts.


Art of Conscious Touch

JIAIDO Ate bodywork is an active meditation. The techniques of conscious touch, breathing and active attention relax the body and bring the mind to rest, which is the natural human state.


This natural state helps restore physical and mental health.


Its regular practice allows us to get to know ourselves better on a physical, emotional and mental level. 

We become able to reduce the impact of stress in our everyday life, develop our self-expression and communication skills.
