About the program:

During the two days, several sitting meditation sessions await you, where you can get to know different techniques. We accompany you step by step through each section. At the end of the exercises, we discuss the experiences and the questions that arise. All of this supports you to be able to meditate independently at home using the techniques you have learned.

Saturday and Sunday:

Doors open: 9:00

Start: 9:30

9:30 - 13:00 - morning meditation session

13:00 – 14:00 – lunch break

14:00 – 16:30 – afternoon meditation session

16:30 – 17:00 – break

17:00 – 18:00 – closing meditation



JIAIDO connects with yourself and brings to the surface your abilities to help your everyday life, along with your hitherto undiscovered areas waiting to be unfolded.

At the heart of the exercise is conscious movement and breathing, combined with four different rhythms, effectively developing inner strength and alertness even in changing circumstances.

These four rhythms work actively on topics such as perseverance, stability, dynamism, determination, understanding, acceptance, and lightness and flexibility. We need all of these for a balanced, conscious life.


JIAIDO helps you see for yourself your inner world: both your impediment patterns and the potential within you. At the same time, it provides a practical tool to unfold all that is within you and leave behind what no longer serves you.


You don't need any training to attend the trial class, and it doesn't even matter your fitness status, just bring your enthusiasm and openness with you!

Come in loose, comfortable pants and, if possible, a T-shirt, and you should also provide drinking water.
